Realz Casino — Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 21 May 2026. By creating an account, depositing or placing any wager on Realz Casino (“Realz”, “we”, “us”), you agree to the terms below. Read them once at signup and re-read after any material change — we will tell you 14 days in advance if anything important moves.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This minimum is consistent with state and territory law across every AU jurisdiction and is non-negotiable. Account creation by a person under 18 is void; any deposits will be returned to the original payment source, and any winnings will be forfeited.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where accessing offshore online casino services is not unlawful for the player. Realz is licensed by the Government of Curacao (master licence 8048/JAZ). The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) regulates operators advertising into Australia; it does not criminalise individual Australian residents accessing offshore platforms, but you remain responsible for confirming your own legal position.
You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a Realz staff member.
2. Account Rules
One account per natural person, per household, per IP address. Multi-accounting is the single most common reason for permanent closure at Realz and will result in:
Closure of all linked accounts.
Forfeiture of any bonus credit and bonus-derived winnings on the linked accounts.
Refund of net cash deposits, less any cleared withdrawals, at our discretion.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal information you provide and must update it if it changes (residential address, payment-method ownership, contact email). False or misleading information at registration is grounds for closure.
You must keep your login credentials secure. We treat any session authenticated against your credentials as your activity. Two-factor authentication via TOTP is available in Settings and is recommended for accounts holding more than a token balance.
3. Deposits
The minimum deposit is AU$10 (PayID, Neosurf) or AU$20 (cards, POLi) or AU$30 (BPAY). Maximum per transaction is method-dependent — see the Banking page for the full table.
Deposits may only be made from a payment instrument in your own name. Third-party deposits will be reversed and may trigger an enhanced KYC review.
We reserve the right to decline a deposit where we have a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money-laundering, or where the deposit would breach a player-set or regulator-required limit.
4. Bonuses
All bonus offers are subject to specific terms shown at the cashier before opt-in and summarised on the Bonus page. Recurring rules:
Welcome wagering is 35x the bonus amount, calculated on bonus-only turnover unless stated otherwise.
The maximum stake per spin while wagering an active bonus is AU$5. A single over-bet voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Bonus credit must be wagered within 14 days of being credited; unfinished bonus credit expires.
Bonus-abuse patterns — including coordinated multi-account claims, low-volatility hedge-betting, and software-assisted play — result in closure and forfeiture.
Bonus eligibility is at our discretion. We may exclude an account from a bonus rotation without notice; we will not reverse a bonus already credited unless abuse is identified.
5. Wagering, Game Rules and Payouts
Game outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNGs) certified by independent testing labs. RNG seeds, return-to-player figures and volatility ratings are published by the game studios and shown in-game.
If a round disconnects mid-spin, the outcome is settled by the game server based on the last confirmed bet. On reconnection, the bet, the outcome and the result are visible in the cashier history.
Maximum win from any single bonus claim is AU$10,000 unless the specific bonus terms set a higher ceiling. Above that, the additional amount is forfeited — this rule prevents bonus-funded jackpot exploits.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid to the payment method used for deposit where possible. Cards are exception — winnings on a card-funded balance pay out via PayID or bank transfer because Visa and Mastercard rules forbid net-positive refunds on gambling transactions.
The minimum withdrawal is AU$30. The maximum per request is AU$10,000 (PayID), AU$5,000 (card-funded payouts via PayID), or the higher tier set by VIP host arrangement. Larger requested amounts are split into successive payments at the cap, on consecutive business days.
KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal. Typical clearance is within one AU business day. Subsequent withdrawals to a verified method are auto-approved up to AU$2,000 and pass through a human reviewer above that threshold.
We do not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or wallet provider may.
7. Closed and Dormant Accounts
You can close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Close, or by emailing [email protected]. We will process the closure within 24 hours and pay out any cleared balance to the most recent verified withdrawal method.
Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are flagged as dormant. We send three notices over a 90-day window before any dormancy fee is applied; cleared balances are held for the player and never absorbed.
8. Responsible Gambling
We provide deposit, wager, loss and session-time limits, plus cool-off and self-exclusion tools — see the Responsible Gambling page for the full list. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are held for 24 hours.
A self-exclusion is binding. We will not reverse it before the chosen period ends, even on player request.
9. Disputes and Complaints
If you have a complaint about an outcome, a transaction or any aspect of your account, the escalation path is:

AU residents retain rights under the Australian Consumer Law for service-quality matters. None of the wording in this clause displaces those rights.
10. Anti-Money-Laundering and Sanctions
We monitor activity for patterns consistent with money laundering or sanctions evasion. We may suspend an account, request additional documentation, and report to relevant authorities where required by law. Funds linked to confirmed AML breaches are not returnable.
11. Intellectual Property
The Realz platform, design system, copy and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or redistribute platform content without written permission. Player names, where shown on leaderboards or public chat, are licensed to us for that display purpose only.
12. Variations
We may amend these terms from time to time. Material amendments — including changes to bonus mechanics, withdrawal caps, KYC requirements, dispute pathways or eligibility — will be notified to active account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of Curacao. AU consumer rights are preserved as set out in clause 9. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints process above.
